Petllect User Service Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using the "Petllect" APP and related devices. Especially regarding the terms that exclude or limit liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
1. Overview of Service Content
This service includes but is not limited to:
- Device Connection and Management: Connect smart pet doors and other hardware devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
- Pet Door Control: Provide real-time pet door open/close control, scheduled open/close, light control and other functions.
- Status Monitoring: Real-time view of pet door status, battery level, signal strength and other information.
- History Records: View pet door open/close history and abnormal records.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 You can register an account through your mobile phone number or email. You should properly keep your account and password. Any losses caused by your improper custody shall be borne by yourself.
2.2 Device Binding: When you bind a device to your account, you become the administrator of the device. You can authorize sharing with other users ("sharees") to view, but you are responsible for the actions of the sharees.
3. Device Usage Guidelines
3.1 Usage Environment: Please ensure the pet door is installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure.
3.2 Power Management: Please regularly check the device battery level and charge it in time to ensure normal operation.
3.3 Maintenance: Please regularly clean the device and check if mechanical parts are working properly. If there are any abnormalities, please contact customer service in time.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 Our devices are based on advanced sensor and control technology, but may be affected by environmental factors (such as extreme weather, signal interference, etc.).
4.2 Accuracy Statement: The status information and history records provided by the APP are for reference only, not as the only basis for professional farming or scientific research. We are not responsible for the absolute accuracy of device operations.
5. User Behavior Norms
When using the device and APP, you must comply with laws and regulations:
- Do not install the device in places that violate laws and regulations.
- Do not use this service to create, upload, or disseminate violent, pornographic, illegal content or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or try to attack the server of the APP.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The intellectual property rights of the software belong to us.
6.2 The copyright of the data recorded by the device belongs to you. However, when you choose to publish the content, you authorize us to use and display this content for product promotion worldwide free of charge.
Pet Door Privacy Protection Policy

We are well aware of the importance of your personal information and will strictly abide by laws and regulations and take corresponding security protection measures. This policy will explain how we collect, use and store your information.
1. Information We Collect
To achieve business functions, we need to collect the following information:
- Account Information:
When you register and log in, we will collect your mobile phone number or email address.
- Device Information:
To bind and manage hardware, we will collect the device serial number (SN), MAC address, firmware version, IP address and Wi-Fi name (SSID).
- Device Status Information:
We will collect operational data such as pet door open/close status, battery level, signal strength for device management and service optimization.
- Application Logs:
Including crash logs, operation records, access records, etc., used to troubleshoot faults and optimize experience.
2. Permission Call Description
In the process of using the APP, we may apply for the following system permissions:
- Bluetooth and Location Permissions: Used to scan nearby devices and configure the network (Android system requires Bluetooth scanning to be coordinated with location permissions).
- Storage Permission: Used to upload profile pictures, scan QR codes to add devices, and save device configuration and history records locally.
- Camera Permission: Used to take profile pictures and scan QR codes to add devices.
- Microphone Permission: Used to record custom repel and recall audio.
3. Storage and Sharing of Information
3.1 Storage Location: In accordance with legal provisions, we will store the personal information of users collected within the country in servers within China.
3.2 Third-party SDK: In order to provide push and other functions, we may access third-party services (such as Aurora Push, etc.), and these third parties may obtain your device identifiers (IMEI/OAID).
3.3 Device Sharing: When you use the "Device Sharing" function, the sharee will have the right to view your device status and control the device. Please choose the sharing object carefully.
4. Your Rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time in "My - Settings":
- Query and correct your personal information.
- Delete your device history records.
- Log out of your account (after logging out, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered).
